*CHIKAMNAYO: WHEN CORRUPTION IS MARRIED TO IMPUNITY (PART 1)*

Corruption is a cancer, a cancer that eats away at a citizen’s faith in democracy, diminishes the instinct for innovation and creativity.

It is not power that corrupts but fear. Fear of losing power corrupts those who wield it and fear of the scourge of power corrupts those who are subject to it.

Eze Chikamnayo who has a penchant for drawing fingers in accusation of corruption or embezzlement is a man who is extremely synonymous with corrupt practices done with impunity.

The former commissioner for information and strategy has not explained what happened to the UGWU ABIA funds in year 2000, which he squandered in his usual spending spree.

He thought it wise to start up a brothel named OMALICHA where him and his cohorts go to engage in wanton and irresponsible pleasures that has no political value.

He has lost count with the number of wives and concunbines he has and has remained unstable and thrives in lies and falsehood. Chikamnayo’s brothel business- OMALICHA has no customers again.

Abians can verify going to the rented apartment in Macaulay Street.

He had the money to procure a land and develope for his unholy sex driven business.

It is verifiable that no reasonable Abian, who knows Chikamnayo can listen to him let alone trusting him so I would advise him to quit writing articles or making statements in accusation towards anybody as long as Abia state is concerned.

Can CHIKAMNAYO give account of all the money he embezzled while claiming to place advertorial and live programmes on some national television stations in the country when he held sway as Commissioner for information and strategy. When they say strategy now I wonder. Does it mean he has been the one behind all the embezzling strategies mapped out by the former government which he was a commissioner under?
I may not be far from the truth.

The most miserable and fearful appointee I have ever come across. What baffles me is the level of impunity at which he delves in heinous corrupt practices..

By the time I am done with this series I see no reason why he shouldn’t be quizzed by the EFCC.
