FCE OFEME: RECEIVED HER FIRST BOOK DONATION.

The Provost Federal College of Education Ofeme, Dr Titus Sunday Ezeme, PhD, has called on well meaning Individuals, Corporate Organizations and authors to assist government in equipping tertiary institutions especially collages of education to enable them graduate qualified teachers.

Dr. Ezeme, stated this while presenting books donated by a former colleague of his from the Federal College of Education (Technical), Umunze, Mr S. A. Nwokeoji, to the Librarian of Federal College of Education Ofeme, maintaining that the task of producing quality teachers should not be left with government alone. “With quality well trained teachers the academic future of our children will be guaranteed”, he said.

Responding, the Librarian, Mr Bulus Caleb Damen, thanked the donor and call on others to emulate his kind gesture.” I thank Mr Nwokeoji for donating these books and the Provost for making it possible. I want to promise that we will put this books to good use in line with the College motor, which is ‘ to educate to Liberate the Mind’ “, he said.
