Former Amawon Youth Leader Lauds Mr Emmanuel Uche Irole Urges Others to Emulate His Community Developmental Strides

Sincerely speaking, every progressive minded person in our community has felt the impact of Uche Emmanuel Irole and family, like other great sons and daughters of our dear community Amawom particularly Ibe-Uzo.

I have come to understand and acknowledged that Uche Irole Foundation is a human face foundation geared towards community development. His projects include donation of new transformer, free Eye surgery, lighting up the community with solar panels and empowerment program through distribution of birds to enhance agriculture.

In all honesty, this is a welcome development and we also encourage other well meaning sons and daughters of our community to emulate the vision bearer.

It equally behoves on us as a community to constructively access the impact of this great developmental gesture of our dear son and his family.

Are we really feeling his developmental gesture?

The answer to the above question 🖕is YES

Do we appreciate this noble gesture?

The answer is YES

Outside the general benefits of his developmental program to the community, I have personally also observed that he is equally interested in empowering people. If my observation is true, then I have the following advice for the organizers of this foundation.

1, Having been chosen by our son and brother Uche Irole to assist him deliver his good developmental program at any capacity please see it as a call to service not for personal gain.

2, Most times to show transparency and fairness the committee members should allow community leaders (Village Chairmen) under supervision of village heads to nominate beneficiaries of such empowerment programs.

3, The selection of a beneficiary shouldn’t be on the basis of family members and relationships if we want this great program to achieve its targeted goal.

4, The committee members should try as much as possible to respond to feedback from the outcome of every program to enable the committee improve in other subsequent programs.

5, Let’s do everything possible to respond to peoples complain with humility, Love and respect acknowledging that God can bless anybody.

I must appreciate and congratulate Uche and family for touching lives through his foundation. I must also congratulate the Amawom Community, Ibe-Uzo and all the beneficiaries of Uche Irole foundation.
