Her Excellency Amb Joanna Tarnawska Polish Amb to Nig Meets Umuahia North Council of Traditional Rulers

Chairman Umuahia North Council of traditional rulers engage in discussions with Amb. Joanna Tarnawska Polish Amb to Nigeria.

He emphasized the significance of Poland in the global community and stressed the need to operationalize the Nigerian mission in the country.

“I want to assure you that we will take this matter up. I will meet with the my subjects to pass the message. Eze Nwaigwe assured.

Chairman Umuahia North Council of traditional rulers and his Ohuhu Council of traditional rulers chairman Eze Innocent Adiele Nwaigwe, Eze Charles Ngwuli with other notable traditional custodian in the state capital today had a closed door meeting with the polish Amb to Nig her excellency Tarnawska Joana in gwuru gwuru palace at Okaiuga alaike autonomous community ohuhu, Umuahia North local government area of Abia State.

Eze Nwaigwe extol Governor Alex Otti for the privilege to have the polish Amb, describing her coming as symbolic, noting that Amb Joanna remains the first white to visit his palace since he became Chairman Umuahia North Council of traditional rulers.

The traditional ruler was overwhelmed on the governor’s benevolence governor in marketing Abia State to the world, adding that Abia has wore a new look since the inception of the current administration, Eze Nwaigwe said that the hospitable nature of Abia State is indelible.

The Eze and other traditional rulers who spoke at the meeting informed Amb Joanna Tarnawska to consider Abia youths with scholarship opportunities to their country as the youths will welcome anything coming from Poland that will eradicate joblessness, attract a good working relationship.

He maintained that the meeting today will make a useful impact to Poland and Nigeria relationship both in agriculture and otherwise.

Eze Ngwuli added that her coming to meet with traditional rulers is a big signal that will get to the grassroots as it will harness the romance birthed today.

Amb Joanna unveiled plans for the establishment of good and harmonious relationship between the eastern part of Nigeria, maintained her bilateral knowledge with Africa which informed her decision to extend it to the south eastern part of Nigeria.

She added that Africa is in her heart as she was brought up in Africa and can never forget in a hurry a book by Chinua Achebe titled things fall apart.

The meeting witnessed dignitaries which includes Eze’s from the two clans in Umuahia North local government areas.
