The CEO Emirates hotels Hon Emeka Elias an Ohuhu illustrious son from Afugiri was yesterday Sunday distributing his yearly humanity edge to pupils and students to encourage them go back to school at ease.
Hon Emeka Elias embark on millions of naira school items such as books, bags, foot wears and launch bags and flasks to all the Afugiri children and beyond.
Hon Elias who has been touching lives through his humanity edge agenda has used his contact to attract many developments including the mini stadium in one of the school in Afugiri his home town.
The CEO of Emirates hotels said that was informed his decision to be helping this children is the current situation that is facing the country in terms of hardship, noting that it was also based on needs assessment carried out in the respective schools.
Interacting with newsmen in Umuahia, Hon Emeka Elias also expressed hope to galvanize and work together with the good spirited individuals to bring development to Ohuhu clan.
While appreciating the strides recorded by Ohuhu development Union USA in all the sectors of the infrastructural developments they have taken as responsibilities across Ohuhu schools, he disclosed future plans of the family to embark on Back To School Programme for the indigent children in Ohuhu.
