The Chairman South East progressive traditional rulers council HRM Eze Nnamdi Ofoegbu Oroko Abia has joined well meaning Nigerians to congratulate Senator John Azuta-Mbata, Prince Okey Nwadinobi on their emergence as the newly elected President General and vice of Ohaneze Ndi-Igbo worldwide.
Eze Ofoegbu a prominent custodian of the people’s culture in his congratulatory message described Senator Mbata’s and Prince Nwadinobi’s victory as well deserved, taking cognizance of their leadership abilities, noting that as a former Senator that represented Rivers East Senatorial district in the National Assembly and his commitment to the Igbo community.
The revered traditional ruler in his Advertorial expressed optimism that Senator John Azuta’s and Prince Nwadinobi’s tenure will bring unity, progress, and development to Ndigbo worldwide, adding that his experience as a two-term Senator will undoubtedly be an asset in piloting the affairs of Ohaneze Ndi-Igbo to a greater and enviable heights.
“I join the host of well-meaning Igbos and Nigerians all over the world to celebrate you and your team victory and acknowledge the confidence the Igbo people have in your leadership. We look forward to seeing the positive impact of your leadership on the Igbo community”, he said.
Eze Ofoegbu on behalf of the progressive traditional rulers council and the entire members of Igbo socio cultural organizations prayed God to grant the new President General the wisdom and strength to steer the affairs of Ohaneze Ndi-Igbo towards a brighter future.
Oroko Abia commended the past administration for job well done that brought a resourceful team of Sen Mbata as President general and Crown Prince Okey Nwadinobi as vice President general including others who emerged as the colourful team.
