Ohuhu Welfare Union Youth wing Takes Steps to Improve Agriculture

In a bid to enhance the clan agricultural wise and engage youths meaningfully the youth president Ohuhu welfare Union youth wing comrade Uchenna Iheanacho has taken significant steps.

During his conversation with news men, Comrade Iheanacho disclosed that they have secured over 15 plots of land for cassava farm aiming to embark on animal farming if they can get government or good spirited individuals support, addressing pressing issues in these critical areas comrade Iheanacho noted that the country’s economy has failed and it is upon the youths to make good use of their youthful age to be independent and feed the nation, Uchenna Iheanacho pointed out how Dr M. I Okpara who hails from Ohuhu was able to make a mark that nobody has ever erased till date through agriculture, adding that under the watch of his executives they will create a history.

The youth president presented a report on the urgent need to support their vision and provide for them lands from other rural communities in Ohuhu areas.

The youth no 1 figure highlighted the importance of providing these bushes as part of what will create awareness on insecurity as the youths are willing to bring down all bushes and turn it to farm land that will bring forth fruits within months from now.

This move, according to the call, will facilitate access to agricultural produce, promote economic growth, and improve land management in the state.

The move cited concerns over food sufficiency and security, highlighting factors such as climate change, rapid population growth, insecurity, and socio-economic challenges. By establishing these mission the clan can unlock opportunities for investment and development in the agricultural sector.
