The Chairman South East Progressive Traditional Rulers Council, HRM Eze Nnamdi Ofoegbu, Diawa 1 of Umudiawa has congratulated the former NDDC chairman, Chief Onyema Ugochukwu an Icon on the occasion of his 80th Birthday.
In a goodwill birthday message, Eze Ofoegbu thanked God for preserving Chief Onyema Ugochukwu’s life and blessing the former Nigeria Delta Development Commission Chairman with longevity and good health. He wished him well as a leader and Senior Citizen in the country.
