Perhaps there is no better time than on the occasion of his birthday to pay tribute to a man who has become a legendary tributary that has watered and nurtured the blossoming destinies of many young people and touched countless lives in very impactful ways.
The astute general in the Nigeria Army that I Know and whom I am very proud to be associated with, is someone from whom I have derived much inspiration and mentorship. Perhaps, it could be safely said that there are very few men of his generation who not only made great impact in the national and international assignment but also build and influence public policy and gave keen directions of this era.
General AK Ibrahim in his years of serving the nation has garnered several laurels, and up until now, full of verve with the beautific genre of his presentation, elegant in his prose, and dignified in his phraseology, which has styled him as a forthright Nigeria Army general in the literary circuits.
Gen Ibrahim forwardness scudded him through the waves as commander 14 bde ohafia, Abia state, Odyssey to a hall of fame.
