LP Ward Chairmen Vote of Confidence :A Validation of Victor Ikeji’s leadership Style
From the 12 electoral wards across Umuahia North local government area comes a deafening vote of confidence- a rarity- if you may say. Moved by ibeku east ward Chairman Osinachi, at the mayor’s office when they paid him courtesy.
No one has ever earned this rapturous nod , at least not in the months past from the Umuahia North Council seat.
They are reputed as an intellectual lot. They say they are a similitude of republicanism. They are unbent except at their pace.
When politicians, serenaded by captains of industry, Dons from Ivory Tower, Public Servants and activists congregate to sanction someone, then it is either they are satisfied or fascinated beyond doubt that what has never happened is here.
They say Mayor Victor Ikeji is slaying creeks for development to connect them to the rest of the state.
Not that there has never been attempts in the past. Victor Ikeji’s meter is dispensing without the usual pressure.
When a people dissipate energy before they are heard, that is a lifespan.
