Good leaders must be able to interact with other people in a way that feels genuine.
This does not mean you have to be an extrovert or a people-person to be a leader – there are many excellent leaders who self-identify as introverts! Rather, it means being able to demonstrate empathy, engaging in active listening, and building meaningful working relationships with those around you, whether they are a peer or a direct report.
That’s excellent interpersonal communication. This is the person of Ikukuoma Abia, Rt. Hon. Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji, Immediate past Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly.

For those that are not aware, the picture simply shows when Ikuku Honoured an invitation in one of churches at Aba and unexpectedly to two worshippers of the church, after giving their testimonies, Ikukuoma gave them a blessing that changed their lives for good.
He is a force to reckon with.
