ROTARIAN UCHECHUKWU UDEJI (NWA GHANA) SET TO BE INSTALLED AS THE 9TH PRESIDENT OF THE ROTARY CLUB OF UMUAHIA NORTH, EZE NDI IGBO AMONGST OTHERS TO RECEIVE PRESTIGIOUS AWARDS
As preparations gears up for the Investiture of Rotarian Uchechukwu Udeji as the 9th President of the Rotary Club of Umuahia North, the news has continue to draw the interest of prominent individuals in society including, Eze Ifeanyi Godwin Anyaogu, Eze Ndi Igbo na Kosofe Lagos State who stands as one of the dignitaries to be bestowed with an award of excellence.
In a recent telephone interview with our News Correspondent, Rotarian uchechukwu udeji who disclosed that Rotary club provides the platform to selflessly serve humanity through various community service projects, added that the forthcoming Investiture will attract his friends and well wishers who are captains of industries to witness and support the good works Rotary is doing.
He revealed that the event will accord him the opportunity to specially recognize one of his role model, Eze Ifeanyi Anyaogu whose large heart cuts across gender, status and where one comes from.
Rotarian Uchechukwu Udeji also noted that the highpoint of the event would be the unveiling of the 2024/2025 community service projects for the Rotary alongside, empowerment of small and medium scale traders with capital through the club’s micro credit scheme.
The event which is scheduled tohold on Sunday, July 7, 2024 at wonderland event center, Isicourt, Umuahia will feature the induction of new members and inauguration of the 2024/2025 Club board of directors.
